Reset Password for CHQ Activities

Students and parents can reset the password for a CHQ account (used for registering for student activities).

  • Navigate to https://seasia.mychq.net/Login.aspx?club=449
  • Click on the link "Forgotten your User Id or Password"
  • On the next screen enter the email address of the parent.
  • Check your email, including SPAM, for a message from CHQ which will contain a 5 digit code.

  • Enter the code in the box and a screen will be loaded where you can rest parents and student passwords for the account.


  • Click save and you will see a message saying the change was successful, but the password reset screen will also reload.

  • Use the menu button top right to return to the login screen



The ECA, Primary and IT Offices are  can assist with any issues with access to CHQ.
