Configuring printing settings

Press Cmd+P (Ctrl+P if you are using Windows or some Linux distributions). This will usually open a dialogue box that may look like the following: The pictured dialogue (and the one below) will be continually referred to throughout the tutorial. Make sure you have selected either "RicohB&W" or "Ricoh Colour" (or some variation thereof) from the menu. Another dialogue box will appear. In this one, you can configure various settings that determine how your document is printed out.   Opening the "Orientation" menu will give you the choice to print your printout in portrait or landscape orientation. Opening the "Duplex"  menu gives you the options of Off Open to Left Open to Top Booklet However, in most instances of printing, only the Off and Open to Left settings are relevant, so these will be covered.
