1. You will need to go to the IT Support room and ask the technicians to install the drivers for the printers. The printers will all already be configured, so you may now print documents. 2. Make sure you are connected to the bis-users network since the printers communicate with your computer over our intranet, or else your printout won't go out. 3. When printing a document, select the printer named "RicohB&W" to print in black and white or the printer named "Ricoh Colour" to print in colour.   There is a black and white printer near the Teacher/Guest bathrooms on each floor (except for the first floor) as well as one near the IB Common Room and one in the Library. Press Cmd+P (Ctrl+P if you are using Windows or some Linux distributions). This will usually open a dialogue box that may look like the following: The pictured dialogue (and the one below) will be continually referred to throughout the tutorial.
